William T. Chandnoit Jr. of Bedford, died on December 1, 2024, in Concord following a brief illness.

Known to family and friends as "Bill" he was the son of the late William T. Chandnoit and Dorothy (Hughes) O'Connell.
Bill was born in Falmouth on July 31, 1943, he was raised in Waltham and was a graduate of Waltham High School.

He was employed for many years by Office Furniture Center in Waltham. In later years, he was a facilities manager at Symmes Hospital in Arlington and he retired from Roudenbush Community Center in Westford.

Bill moved to Bedford in 1983 when his life was greatly enhanced by meeting the love of his life, Dianne E. Porreca. They shared 45 years together, marrying in 1984. Dianne passed in November of 2023.

Bill enjoyed traveling with Dianne, fishing, golfing and spending time with his family at his cottage in New Hampshire. He will be remembered as an amazing husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his daughters, Pam Venini and her husband Dave of Bellingham and their children, Ryan of Bellingham and Derek of Sudbury, Marillian Missiti and her husband Danny of Bedford and their children, Anthony and Gianna, his son Eric Chandnoit of New Hampshire and his grandson, Matthew Bruce of Everett.

Visitation will be held at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 The Great Rd., Bedford, on Sunday, December 8, from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held at the Bedford Funeral home on Monday, December 9, at 11:00 A.M.

Burial will follow at Shawsheen Cemetery in Bedford.
