Todd R. Brunner, formerly of Bedford, MA, passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Billerica, MA on May 12, 2024, at the age of 56.

Todd was a graduate of Bedford High School class of 1985, where he played varsity soccer and made lifelong friends. Todd went on to attend the University of Vermont, where he earned his bachelor's degree in political science. From there he went to Colorado to pursue his master's degree, and his passion for skiing.

After college, Todd moved to the Pacific Northwest where he worked in retail sales for REI before becoming a partner in a hardware specialties business.  In his leisure time he enjoyed various outdoor activities including skiing, mountain climbing, white-water rafting and kayaking.

Todd returned to Massachusetts where he married and started a family.  His career was divided between construction and retail sales where his warm smile and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression on colleagues and customers alike.

Todd is survived by his beloved son, Patrick, his former wife, Patricia, loving parents, James and Judith, his devoted brother Charles and sister-in-law Maureen, and his cherished nieces, Devon (and her husband Christian) and Riley.

Outside of his professional life, Todd especially enjoyed his weekends with Patrick, and they had a unique passion for discovering hidden mini golf courses and quaint diners. These adventures brought him joy and provided countless stories that he loved to share with family and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Todd's life will be held at the Presbyterian Church, 335 Cambridge St., Burlington, Mass., on June 15, 2024, at 11 AM.  In his later years Todd suffered from the crippling effects of rheumatoid arthritis so, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation Todd Brunner Memorial Donations.

Todd will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his spirit and the memories of his adventures will live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever.
