Thomas W. Lentine Sr., 70, a Bedford native, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 7th, 2021.

Tom was born in Concord on April 15th, 1950, son of the late Andrew and Emily (Riccardelli) Lentine. He graduated Bedford High, class of '68, and was remembered as 'Captain' of the football team.

Tom spent most of his adult life as a Mechanical Engineer. He was well known for his extensive knowledge on everything from auto mechanics, home improvement projects, electrical, plumbing, to carpentry and was always turned to for advice.

In his younger years, Tom's hobbies included working on cars, boating and water skiing on Lake Winnipesaukee, being active in his children's youth sports, his love for animals, and fixing everything that needed fixing while listening to his classic 60's rock n roll music. He will be remembered as that Dad who often had a camcorder on his shoulder at family gatherings.

Tom took pride in providing for his family and was a devoted father who enjoyed teaching his kids all that he knew. He took joy in seeing his children grow in their success and loved his grandchildren.

Tom is survived by his sons, Thomas Lentine Jr. and his wife Nicole of Winchester, Matthew Lentine and his wife Wendy of Bedford, his daughter, Casandra Federico and her husband Dominic of Billerica, and stepson, Frank Tumbarello and his wife Julie of Tewksbury; seven grandchildren, Samantha Lentine, Sarah Lentine, Chloe Lentine, Thomas Lentine III, Avery Lentine, Matteo Federico, and Kylie Molinari. He also leaves behind three brothers and a sister-in-law, Frank Lentine and his wife Kerry of Tyngsboro, Andrew Lentine Jr. and David Lentine of Meredith, NH.

There will be a graveside service at 11:00 AM, on Tuesday, April 13, at the Shawsheen Cemetery, 15 Shawsheen Rd., Bedford, MA.
