Robert J. Moseley, Jr., died on December 27, 2012, in Haverhill, Mass. at age 100.
Mr. Moseley was born in Somerville, Mass. on October 20, 1912, and he was the son of the late Robert J. and Mary E. (Sullivan) Moseley.
He had lived in North Andover since 1975, and retired from John Hancock Insurance Co. in 1974, following a career spanning 42 years with the company as a group sales executive.
He loved his large family and enjoyed spending time with them at his beloved home on Brandy Pond in Naples, Maine. He also enjoyed boating, golf and automobiles.
He was predeceased by his wife Regis A. (Coughlin) Moseley 20 years ago.
He is survived by his devoted family, son, Robert Moseley III and his wife Loretta of Amesbury daughter, Claire MacDonald and her husband, William of Billerica, 12 grandchildren,
Patricia, Cynthia, Daniel, Cheryl, David, Linda, Michael, Kathleen, Tracey, Robert, Deirdre and Marianne, 31 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and his daughter-in-law, Phyllis Goff of Carlisle.
He was predeceased by his son, Lawrence Moseley of Carlisle, his brother, John and sisters, Marie Johnston and Lucille Moseley.
His funeral will be held from the funeral home on Monday, December 31, at 10:00 A.M. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Irene's Catholic Church, 181 East St., Carlisle, at 11:00 A.M. Funeral home visitation will be on Sunday, December 30, from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M.
Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Lowell.
