Obituary

Philip L. Keiley, of Lincoln, formerly of Mission Hill, passed away peacefully April 19, 2021, at the Bedford VA Hospital.

He was the beloved husband of Evelyn (Quinn) of 39 years, loving father of Joseph of Lincoln and Susan of Arlington, cherished son of the late John and Eleanor (Keefe) Keiley, dear brother to Christine Keiley of Humarock, William Keiley and his wife Janet of Middleboro, and the late Joseph and John and his surviving spouse Nuala of Cohasset. Phil is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Phil graduated Mission High School in 1966. He joined the Navy, serving aboard USS Glennon (DD 840) participating in a North Atlantic patrol in 1967.

He worked for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) for 14 years, becoming a Chief Inspector operating on the Red Line from Alewife Station.

Visitation will be held at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd., Bedford, on Friday, April 23, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. A private funeral mass is planned for the family. Social distancing and masks are required for all events.
