Patricia Casella, age 62, a lifelong Bedford resident passed away on August 17, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born in Somerville on September 4, 1953, and she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Florence (Robinson) Donovan and sister of the late Michael Donovan.

She was a graduate of Bedford High School, Class of 1971 and had worked locally in restaurant and retail food services. Patricia loved music and the beach.

She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and friend to many, especially the neighborhood children who she cared for and babysat.

She is survived by her three children, Angela and Maria Casella both of Bedford and David Casella of Pepperell, former husband, James of Dracut., her sister, Joyce Donovan Robles of Bedford, brothers, Peter Donovan of Littleton and Jimmy Donovan of Watertown, 3 grandchildren, Angel, Aliya and Ryan and several nieces and nephews and dogs, Wayland and Cody.

Visitation will be held at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd., Bedford, on Monday, August 22, from 4:00-8:00 PM.
Graveside services at Shawsheen Cemetery, Shawsheen Rd., Bedford, on Tuesday, Aug. 23, at 10:00 A.M.
