After a lengthy illness, Kathleen S. Dow of Carlisle, MA passed away at the age of 61 on May 11, 2015.

Kathleen was born and raised in Franklin, MA, the only child of Thomas and Stella Dangelo. She graduated from Franklin High School and Malden Hospital School of Nursing.

A Carlisle resident since 1976, she worked as a registered nurse in the post-anesthesia care unit at both Malden Hospital and Winchester Hospital. In 1974, she married her husband of 40 years, Lloyd Dow.

She will be remembered for her love of cooking and summers on the Cape. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed greatly.

She is survived by her husband Lloyd Dow of Carlisle, MA, her mother, Stella Dangelo of Franklin, MA, three children: David Dow and girlfriend Amy Bennett of Carlisle, MA, Amy Dow and husband Thiago Bahls of Lowell, MA, Erin Dow and fiancé Steve Davis of Leominster, MA, two grandchildren: Angelyna and Vanessa Bahls, and several grand-pets.

Visiting hours at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd., Bedford, on Thurs. May 14, from 4-8 PM. Funeral service at the funeral home on Fri., May 15, at 11 AM.
