Juncai Yu, age of 76 of Lexington Massachusetts, passed away at Mass General Hospital with family by his side on November 4th, 2023.

He was the beloved husband, proud father and cherished grand father.  He is survived by many loved family members in China.

Juncai was born in Wuxi China on July 30, 1947.  He was raised together with 5 brothers and sister.  He was smart, handy, willing to explore new things and excelled in his job as a senior engineer in semiconductor industry.  He was an easy going person and will be remembered as a kind, harmonious one who always lend a hand to those around him at any cost.

He moved to Lexington Massachusetts in the beginning of 2018 to be with his daughter.  He always attended community activities as he can and enjoyed being a part of warm community.

His greatest love was his family whom he leaves behind: his wife Fanjin Kuai, his daughter, Lei Yu, his son-in-law, Weiguo Miao and their children, Joshua, Arthur and Helen.

Juncai will be missed by his family and the many people he touched during his life.

Visiting hours at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Road, Bedford on Saturday November 11th, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited.
