Julian Joel Cruz, died suddenly and unexpectedly on June 8, 2022.

He was born on July 28, 2020, in Portsmouth, Virginia and had been living at Hanscom Air Force Base since March of 2021.

Julian was very interested in airplanes, dinosaurs and cars. He loved to read books, being outside and especially loved to spend time with his parents and siblings.

It was easy for everyone to love Julian, especially his friends and staff at the Child Development Center at Hanscom Air Force Base.

He will be deeply missed by his parents, Joseph and Jessica Cruz, his older siblings, Joseph, Javier, Eliana and Jowell, grandparents, Cindy Ruiz, Amed and Tia Rosado, Maria Torres and George Ortiz, aunts and uncles, Leslie Cruz, Amed Rosado, Keila Torres and Johnny Diaz.

A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, Norfolk, VA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
