Obituary

John M. Kingsley, of Framingham passed away Mon., June 26, 2017, at the Bedford VA Hospital in Bedford, MA. John was born at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Brighton on May 24, 1944. He is predeceased by his parents Valerie and Hugh Kingsley of Wellesley, and his beloved sister Barbara Sibley. John was a graduate of Wellesley High School. He served in the Marine Corps after high school, was a Teamsters Local 25 member for 10 years, and retired from the postal service after 30 years.

John is survived by children: Cynthia and Patrick Clark (Lincoln), John and Lisa Kingsley (Medway), Christine and Mark Tessier (Natick); grandchildren: Matthew, Joseph, Joshua, Nicholas, Alexandra, and Kevin; nieces: Lisa Lovezzola-Smith and Jennifer (Sibley) Howard.

John had wonderful caregivers: the amazing hospice staff at the Bedford VA, VNA Care of Needham, and Dr. David Chodirker (Wellesley).

John loved animals, especially Penny, his high-spirited Boston Terrier. He was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed watching old westerns.
