Henry C. Isnor Jr., 78, of Bedford, died on November 1, 2016.
He was born in Concord, Ma. February 10, 1938 the son of the late Henry C. Isnor and Katherine (Greenleaf) Isnor of Bedford, Ma.
Henry was a lifelong resident of Bedford and a graduate of Concord High School, Class of 1956.
Henry served in the United State Air Force and was called to serve in Phalsbourg, France during the Berlin Crisis.
He worked for Verizon, formerly New England Telephone, as a repairman for 41 years.
He was a dedicated member of the Bedford American Legion Post 221 and Concord Elks lodge 212. He participated in and supported the Bedford Youth Hockey Association and enjoyed watching his three sons and many of his grandchildren play hockey. He was an avid camper, and enjoyed trips to Foxwoods.
Henry is survived by his wife, Carol (Goguen) Isnor of Bedford and his four children, John Isnor and his wife Jo-Ann Isnor of Bedford, Mark Isnor of Bedford, Meg Piccirillo and her husband Thomas Piccirillo of Bedford, and Eric Isnor of Bedford.
Henry is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren, Kyle Isnor, Kristina Piccirillo, John Isnor Jr, Ashley Isnor, Ryan Isnor, Robert Piccirillo, Sean Isnor, Kimberlie Isnor, Matthew Piccirillo, Emily Isnor, Courtney Isnor, Julia Isnor, Nick Isnor and Hannah Isnor.
He was predeceased by his beloved sisters, Jane Isnor of Bedford and Marjorie Parker of Concord.
Visiting hours will be held at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd, Bedford on Thursday, November 3, from 3:00-7:00 PM. Funeral service at The First Church of Christ, Congregational, 25 The Great Rd, Bedford, on Friday, November 4, at 11:00 AM.
