Helen Lin passed away on June 18, 2021 from pulmonary edema and longstanding issues of her health conditions.

She is survived by her parents, I Sioun and Lily Lin and her sister, Wendy Lin. She was a most loved and treasured daughter, sister, niece, cousin, granddaughter, patient, and distant friend to those who knew her.

S he genuinely enjoyed writing, drawing, and playing the piano from memory. She enjoyed being in her younger sister's company and watching movies together on the couch. She was happiest when spending time with her family, and eating all kinds of foods in Taiwan, specifically at their night markets. Helen believed in Christianity and was a very curious, intelligent young woman.

Though it was challenging for her, she successfully earned her GED and completed many college courses in subjects of her interest.

She lived an incredibly challenging life with both lupus and schizophrenia and she lived admirably and simply with a gentle, earnest heart. Helen lived in support of her family and she taught them powerful lessons of love and devotion in her life and in her passing.

Helen was loved, and is still loved, very much.

Visitation was held at Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd., Bedford, on Thursday, June 24, 2021.
