Gregory L. Cheung, 61, of Bedford, died suddenly on September 10, 2013, in Burlington.

Mr. Cheung was employed by Raytheon as a mechanical designer.

He is survived by his wife, Susan, son, Christopher, and mother, Jacqueline Leung all of Bedford, sisters, Cyndi Chang of California and Elaine Cheung of Bedford and a younger brother, Dougie Cheung of Hawaii.

Visitation will be held at the Bedford Funeral home, 167 The Great Rd., Bedford, on Sunday, September 15 from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. followed by a celebration of life service. Relatives and friends are warmly invited.
