Donald John Ceppi (Don) age 75 of Bedford, MA, died on July 13, 2021 following a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Marion A. and Francis A. Ceppi of Arlington, MA.

He is survived by his brother Frank and pre-deceased by his sister Dr. Clare Ceppi-Moll. He leaves behind his much loved cousins, nieces and nephews. And his cherished life-long friends Franny and Linda Marino. He will be especially missed by his nephew Scott Ceppi who faithfully and patiently tended to his needs every Sunday for the past several years and by his goddaughter Laurine Verrilli who has been his guardian angel throughout his many years of illness.

Don was born in Somerville a city he loved and would frequently reminisce, sharing childhood memories with his brother Frank. He was the youngest of three children. He attended St. Theresa's Grammar School, St. Ann's Grammar School, graduated from Boston College High School and attended the University of Detroit and Franklin Institute of Boston.

He worked at the Polaroid Corporation and Tichnor Brothers. He later established his own photographic company "East / West Productions" and created photographic marketing materials for Universal Studios and Knott's Berry Farm as well as other clients. He also was the photographer for the Van Halen Rock Band on one of their tours.

Don is remembered as the family communicator. He was compassionate with people, a perfectionist with his photographic work and a caring person who loved all creatures great and small.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Agnes Church, 32 Medford St., Arlington, on Saturday, August 28, at 10:00 AM.
