Barbara (Sinotte) Azbell, age 88, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, November 14th. She was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on July 28th 1935.

Adored wife of the late Robert G. Sinotte and Darrell Azbell. Loving mother of Mark Sinotte and his wife Christina of Hooksett, NH, Denise Cuzzupe and her husband Leonard of Billerica, Steven Sinotte and his companion Michelle McGarry of Tyngsboro, Linda Lauria and her husband Rick of Myrtle Beach, SC, Lisa Matvichuk and her husband Bob of Lynn, and Steven Azbell of North Reading.

Cherished grandmother of Amanda, Jason, Justin, Michael, Julie, Robert, Mathew, Alyssa, Katie, Kyle, Kristen, Nicholas, Stephanie and Alexa.
She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and predeceased by her siblings, Joan Howard and Paul L'Archevesque.

Daughter of Armand and Bertha L'Archevesque, Barbara was raised in Fall River before moving to Bedford. Family was most important in Barbara's life. She happily attended every party, holiday, sporting event and celebration involving her children and grandchildren.

Barbara enjoyed many activities including caring for her grandchildren, traveling, gardening, knitting, line dancing, exercising, reading, music, and spending winters in Florida. She was also active in her community and enjoyed spending time at the COA with her many friends. Barbara's smile, warmth and compassion will be dearly missed. She'll be remembered for the joy that she brought to all of our lives.

Visitation will be held at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd., on Friday, November 17th, from 9:00-11:00 AM, followed immediately by a funeral service at 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Shawsheen Cemetery.
