Audrey F. Fletcher of Carleton-Willard Village, Bedford, formerly a 45 year resident of Lexington, died June 15, 2026. 

She was the wife of the late John McNairn (Jack) Fletcher. She was also predeceased by her brother William Parrett of Winnipeg, Manitoba and by her loving companion Edward Owens.

Born in Quebec City, Canada, she had lived in Preston, Brampton and Toronto, Ontario. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in English Literature and later from the Health Sciences Division of Northeastern University, Boston in Health Record Management.

For 13 years she managed the Medical Record Department at Emerson Hospital, Concord and subsequently consulted to Long Term Care and Psychiatric facilities.

She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Fletcher of Los Angeles, California and by dear friends Bruce Owens and his wife Diane Ciekawy.
