Alexandra E. Walsh, 22, of Bedford, died in a tragic automobile accident on Monday, December 29, in Wrentham, Mass.

Alexandra, known to family and friends as Allie, was currently a senior at Concordia University in Irvine, California where she was a biology major.

Allie attended Bedford public schools and was a member of the Class of 2011, at Bedford High School where she excelled as a member of the field hockey team.

She enjoyed dancing and attended the Dance Academy in Bedford. Allie loved electronic dance music, sunflowers, and the ocean, which drew her to California. She was also a Frater of the Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity at Concordia University.

She is survived by her devoted family members, Larry, Cindy, Dottie and T.J. Walsh, Bob Davis, Christine Viau-Nielsen, Geoff Viau, Robert Nielson, Jim and Jackie Walsh, Bob and Dot Davis, Ann Viau, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be held at the Bedford Funeral Home, 167 Great Rd., Bedford, on Sun., Jan. 4, from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael Church, 90 Concord Rd., Bedford, on Mon., Jan. 5, at 9:00 A.M., followed by a brunch at the parish center.
